February 2026: Share Your Leadership Integrity Story

This month marks the official 10-year anniversary of my coaching practice. To begin this year of celebration, I’m inviting you into a simple, reflective experiment:

• Share, in your own words, what leadership integrity means to you—or a moment when you saw it clearly.
• Post your reflection as a comment on my LinkedIn anniversary post or share it with your own network and tag me.
• Invite a colleague who cares about authentic leadership to join the conversation.

At the end of the month, I’ll randomly select a small group of participants to receive a digital copy of the Leadership Integrity Framework™ book as a gift—for you, and in some cases, for a colleague you’ve invited.
