What’s Included
Pre-Session Preparation
You’ll complete the LīF Assessment—a leadership integrity self-assessment that maps your strengths and challenges across four dimensions: Purpose, Presence, Partnership, and Perspective. You’ll also engage with the MyWorldView® Transformational Cards, a reflective tool designed to deepen insight into how you think, respond, and grow through change.
90-Minute Private Coaching Session
Maria will guide a focused, high-impact conversation that synthesizes the insights from your assessment and cards. This isn’t a passive review—it’s an active reflection to surface what matters most right now and translate it into meaningful next steps.

What to Expect After Booking

Step 2:
Immediately after payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all session details. Maria will personally reach out within 48 hours to share your prep materials, along with clear instructions.
